What happens in cases of delays?
In cases of delays, Novair does everything possible to alleviate the effects of them. Try to have at least 2,5 hours to spare between connections for both the outbound trip and for your return as there may be delays at some point. We also recommend that you check your travel insurance to see whether there is any coverage for possible additional costs incurred by possible delays. In other aspects Novair acts in accordance with EU regulation 261/2004, as well as the Montreal Convention on rights to reimbursement.
