All passengers are required to have a valid passport with them. However, one can travel within the Schengen area without a passport, as long as one is travelling with a valid national ID-card. Note, however, that Novair always recommends that you travel with a valid passport. Today, even infants are required to have passports with photos.
Make sure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months after the date of your return from your trip, and that none of the pages of your passport are damaged in any way. A damaged passport is invalid. For further information about passports, contact the passport, or police, authorities in your municipality. Some countries require a visa upon entry, and it is the passenger’s responsibility to make sure that they have the required visa upon departure, see paragraph 8:3 in the general conditions of travelling. Visa applications are handled at the embassies of each respective country. Novair takes no responsibility for repercussions if a passenger does not have a valid passport or visa.
