Sweden’s best place of employment in 2006!
The airline company Novair (Gothenburg division) is Sweden’s best place of employment in the category of private business. The company has been awarded the Stora Arbetsmiljöpriset (Big Work Environment Prize) for 2006 in a competition for Du & jobbet (You and your job) and Arbetsmiljöforum (Work Environment Forum) for best working environment. The prize was awarded at the Elmia Arbetsmiljö (Elmia Work Environment) fair on Wednesday, 10th of May.
Novair –with its 35 employees in Gothenburg – won the prize in the category for private business. Among other things, the jury noted a good level of team work, good working environment routines and proper competence development.
The jury’s justification was that the team work is grounded in encouragement and structured feedback, pride, job satisfaction, proper working environment routines and generous competence development.
