Novair does not carry nuts in its assortment of snacks, nor are they included in the food we serve, but we cannot answer for what your fellow passengers take with them.
If you have an airborne allergy, such as peanut allergy, or are hyper-sensitive to perfume, contact Novair’s Customer Service. We will make sure that our cabin personnel will inform all passengers of the fact that there is a person with an allergy on board, and they will ask them to show consideration and not open any nut product packages they may have taken with them.
Despite advising all passengers, Novair can never guarantee a flight that would be completely free of nuts for people who suffer from nut allergies..
