The minimum age for children travelling alone without adult company is 5 years old and children up to the age of 11 years old are provided with assistance.
Ground staff will assist children until they board the plane after which the cabin crew take over responsibility. Naturally, our cabin crew make sure that children are taken care of in the best possible way.
