Placement and boarding

A person of reduced mobility is taken on board the plane first in order to allow for time to get settled before the arrival of the other passengers. Therefore, we ask all persons of reduced mobility to be at the departure gate at least 60 minutes prior to the departure time.

For passengers unable to get to the emergency exit without assistance certain seating rules apply. You are allowed to be seated anywhere in the aircraft, except for in direct connection to an emergency exit. These rules do not apply if you are blind or deaf, unless you are both blind and deaf. In such a case you will not be allowed to be seated at an emergency exit.

Please note that the cabin crew has limited possiblities to assist onboard, other than with easy tasks.
