Self-service Check-in

Novair provides self-service check-in for all our passengers with outbound flights from Stockholm-Arlanda, Gothenburg-Landvetter, Copenhagen-Kastrup and Oslo-Gardermoen airports.

Now you can already check in 22 hours before departure if you wish, provided the airport’s Baggage-drop desk is open. After checking in you leave your baggage at the Baggage-drop. You need to show your ID at the Baggage-drop desk.

Opening hours of Baggage-drop may vary, depending on flight departures and time of the year.

Here is a list of suggestions for facilitating checking in and leaving time for more fun things than queuing!

Start by choosing which airline you want to travel with -Novair.


Fill in your reservation number.


Now choose which members of your travel group you are checking in for, you can choose "all passengers" or just parts of the group.


When choosing the number of bags you want to check in you do so for the entire group you have chosen to check in.


Your boarding card and baggage tag will now automatically be dispensed from the machine.


Once you are ready, leave your baggage at the Baggage-drop desk.All of the people that have been checked in have to go to the Baggage-drop for ID verification.

You cannot choose your seat at self-service check-in as all our seating is assigned 7 days prior to the departure date. Should you want to book your own seating you can do so at Novair Details at least 7 days prior to the departure date.

Please note that wheelchair passengers and families travelling with children under the age of 2 cannot use the self-service check-in service. This is due to the special routines Novair and the airport has for these passengers.
